Reidsville Fall Jubilee Vendor Info

 

Thank you for participating at our 28th Annual festival!

You will receive an email with your booth location the week before the Jubilee.

When you arrive for set up, you will be directed to your exact location, which will be marked with your number.

Are tents / tables provided?

  • No. Vendors must provide their own tents / tables / chairs.

Set Up

  • You MUST enter the festival to unload your booth from Scales Street
    at Williams. No other points of the festival will have access for set-up.
    If you enter from another area you will not be asked to attend next year.
    We need the traffic to flow in one direction! 

  • Check in upon arrival at the festival information booth
    at the corner of Scales and Settle streets

Friday evening (Oct. 18): You may set up beginning at 6:45 p.m.

Staff will be on site Friday evening until 8 p.m. Security will be provided all night.

Saturday: You may enter the festival beginning at 7 a.m.

Your booth must be ready by 9:30 a.m.

All vehicles must be out of the festival area by 9:30 a.m. -- no exceptions.

If you have not set up before 9:30 a.m. Saturday, you will not be allowed

to enter the festival to set up.

Strike

The vendor agreement you have signed specifies that booths cannot be dismantled prior to 6 p.m. If you would like to break down your booth before 9 p.m, you MUST walk your items and equipment out. Absolutely no vehicles will be allowed into the festival area until after 9 p.m.

 

ALL vendors must break down and remove their booth on Saturday night. Scales Street is a State Highway that must be opened.
